poor amenities

The furniture was old and uncomfortable, clearly not worth the ridiculous price. Also, no coffee maker or fridge in a luxury hotel? Absolutely unreal. I woudl ve been satisfied with at least a room upgrade for all my troubles, but apparently, that's too much to ask! I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The stunning view from my balcony overlooking the Danube was simply unforgettable 🌅. Breakfast was delicious and the historic charm of the hotel is lovely. Only downside? Navigating the maze-like building was a bit tricky.
